Cancellation Policy

   

ZAPilates Studio Cancellation Policy:

At ZAPilates Studio, we offer a firm but fair 24 hour cancellation policy:

1.  Cancellation Period:

• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This applies to group and 121/duet sessions.

2.  Late Cancellation:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be considered late and subject to the full session fee.

3.  No-Show Policy:

• If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show" and subject to the full session fee.

4.  Late Arrival:

• If you arrive late for a session, the instructor will do their best to accommodate your remaining session time (121/duets), but the session will end at the scheduled time.  If you are late to a group session the instructor reserves the right to refuse entry.

5.  Cancellation Fees:

• Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a fee equivalent to the full session cost.

6.  Exceptions:

• There are no exceptions to the cancellation fee so please do not contact the studio with refund requests.

7.  Communication:

• All cancellations can be managed on the Gymcatch app.
