1. Membership and Sessions:
- All memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable (you can book for a family member using your sub-profile on Mindbody).
- Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations will result in loss of session payment.
- Classes with 3 or less participants may be cancelled or merged.
- If the studio cancels (or reschedules) your class, a full refund for the session will be credited back to your Mindbody account (if you are unable to attend the new time).
2. Payments:
- Payment methods include stripe, bank transfer or cash.
- For those following a membership, fees are due on a monthly basis.
3. Studio Etiquette:
- Please arrive on time for sessions to ensure your safety and a full workout.
- Respect the instructor and fellow participants.
- Please cancel online if you are unable to attend a session. No-shows may affect future bookings.
4. Health and Safety:
- Inform the studio of any health concerns or injuries before participating.
- Be sure to have completed our online participation form.
- Follow safety guidelines provided by instructors.
- ZAPilates is not responsible for any injuries sustained during sessions.
5. Studio Policies:
- The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Instructors can change at short notice. No refunds or exchanges will be given and the 24 hour cancellation policy still applies.
6. Refunds:
- Package and membership fees are non-refundable.
- Packages may be paused due to advice from a medical professional, pregnancy etc but this will be at the discretion of the studio. Please apply in writing with your medical advice.
7. Privacy Policy:
- ZAPilates respects your privacy; personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Changes to Terms:
- ZAPilates reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions; members will be notified of any changes.
