 Originally a professional dancer and dance teacher, studio owner Zoe suffered 3 slipped discs before Equipment Pilates changed her life forever. Her recovery fuels her passion for helping others discover the benefits of the method.  Zoe is a STOTT fully certified instructor (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Injuries and Special Populations) as well as being a qualified Zenga, Barre and TRX instructor.

Pilates has changed Louise's life both professionally and personally.  A recurring back injury persuaded Louise away from a successful corporate career to retrain as a fully comprehensive Pilates instructor in Classical Pilates. After working in gyms and studios across Surrey, Louise began working at ZAPilates when it opened in 2019 and has loved inspiring clients ever since.  Louise is also a qualified Personal Trainer.

After living and working in Dubai, Sophie gave up her corporate job when she discovered a passion for fitness.  Now returned to the UK and living in Caterham with her family, Sophie is trained to teach Dynamic Reformer and Mat Pilates.

 Our diligent "Head Studio Inspector," transitioned to ZAPilates after serving as the "Studio Inspector" at Caterham Pilates. Demonstrating a strong commitment to her role, she earned a promotion and now trains the newest addition, Cooper, who joined in Autumn 2021. Florrie is notably proactive in informing owner Zoe of client arrivals, diligently checking pockets and shoes for any overlooked dog treats or tissues. 

 Naturally shy (and possibly neuro-diverse), Cooper was initially a source of apprehension for Zoe when hired as Assistant Studio Inspector. However, Florrie's adept training has proven invaluable. Positioned at the front of the class, Cooper excels in observation, taking his "vetting" responsibilities seriously, and conscientiously monitoring sound levels to ensure a serene class environment, free from disruptive noises.
