Start the journey to a happier you at ZAPilates
Your starting point at ZAPilates. In this class you will learn the Basic Principles of Pilates as well as how to set up and use the Reformer, Tower (half cadillac) and Cardiotramp.
Once you are comfortable with the equipment you can move into our Beginners classes to learn the Classical and Stott repertoires.
General classes are more dynamic in pace than Beginners and build on your knowledge of the essential level exercises.
Our Intermediate clients can perform the repertoire with ease and will start to learn some Advanced exercises. Intermediate and Advanced exercises challenge balance, speed and strength.
For those who have mastered the Essential and Intermediate repertoires and know the Advanced repertoire. This class is our ultimate challenge and may not be suitable for those with injuries.
In this challenging class, the reformer is used to create fitness moves for a more "traditional" and "feel the burn" class. You are welcome to join this class without our Equipment Fundamentals but be warned - it's not for the faint hearted!
A gentler, slower paced class designed to maintain functional movement and build strength and flexibility, especially as we age. Also suitable for those recovering from injury and with some special conditions.
